As a member of the Foundry team, you will serve as a strategic and technical liaison between Kochava's most advanced analytics, AI, and measurement capabilities and both external clients and internal stakeholders. This role requires exceptional communication and project management skills, exposure to a broad range of organizational disciplines, and the ability to translate complex data science, attribution, and advanced measurement insights into actionable business strategies.
The ideal candidate possesses deep analytical expertise, strong consultative skills, is passionate about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to create smarter workflows and eager to educate clients and learn more about advertising technologies across Mobile, Web, CTV, DOOH, OOH, Audio, and Theatrical environments.
Performance for this role will be measured by the quality and strategic impact of analytical deliverables, operational excellence in project and account management, ability to build scalable processes around advanced measurement and strategic initiatives, effectiveness in communicating complex analytical conclusions, and measurable business outcomes generated from client-facing recommendations and optimization strategies.
Candidates must be based in Sandpoint, Idaho, or be prepared to commute to the primary office every day.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a client-facing member of the Foundry organization, acting as a strategic bridge between Data Science and the Account Management teams to recommend deeper understanding and integration of the Kochava toolset. >
- Consult on Advanced Measurement frameworks including incrementality testing, media mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), audience intelligence, identity resolution, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted optimization strategies. >
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and leverage AI-powered insights, automation tools, and advanced analytics methodologies to identify trends, improve campaign performance, streamline reporting workflows, enhance project execution, and support faster data-driven decision-making. >
- Develop and present executive-level campaign analyses, attribution reporting, and performance insights demonstrating the value and business impact of the Kochava platform and measurement ecosystem. >
- Provide strategic recommendations on omnichannel media activation, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and KPI development across digital and traditional media channels. >
- Become an expert in Kochava's platform capabilities to proactively identify client opportunities and product enhancement recommendations. >
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to provide client feedback loops that support roadmap prioritization, feature innovation, and emerging AI and measurement capabilities. >
- Lead internal and external project management initiatives including milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, implementation timelines, risk management, escalation management, and delivery coordination across multiple concurrent projects. >
- Deliver white-glove client service while managing high-priority accounts, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, strategic objectives, and performance expectations. >
