We're seeking an experienced Final Assembly Line Manufacturing Manager to lead production operations within an FAA Part 21 aircraft manufacturing environment
. This role provides hands-on leadership for large production teams and ensures safe, efficient, and compliant final assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all Final Assembly Line (FAL) activities
• Assign and manage personnel across assembly stages to meet production goals
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 21, AS9100, and company PIS requirements
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and FAA designees
• Support FAA audits, conformity inspections, and First Article Inspections
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead, coach, and develop teams while fostering a culture of accountability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Experience managing teams of 50+ employees
• Strong knowledge of FAA Part 21 and aerospace manufacturing
• Lean, Six Sigma, and AS9100 experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Information related to the position:

Compensation for this position starts at a base salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 plus eligibility for an annual target bonus. Any prospective offer will take into account the overall experience the successful candidate brings to the role.
