Job Title: Rework Laborer
Pay: $18 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday with some Fridays, 6 PM to 6 AM

As a Rework Laborer, you will be supporting daily workflows, handling materials, and ensuring smooth and safe operations. You'll work closely with your team to contribute to a productive and positive work environment.

What You'll Do
As a Rework Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Safely handling and stacking bags of BBQ pellets to support production flow.
• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials around the facility.
• Supporting general warehouse and production activities to maintain seamless operations.
• Assisting with rework and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 6 months of experience in production or warehouse settings.
• Forklift operation experience is required - you must be comfortable operating forklifts safely.
• The ability to lift and maneuver bags weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
• A strong commitment to safety and following proper protocols.
