Job Title Warehouse Lead Who are we? The facility supports final assembly, painting, inspection, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities for the Kodiak 100 and Kodiak 900, serving commercial, multi‑mission, and public service customers worldwide. In addition to manufacturing, the site provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance, technical support, and quality oversight, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and customer requirements, while continuing to expand production capabilities and reinforcing its role as a center of excellence for rugged, mission‑ready turboprop aircraft within Daher’s global network.

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the stockroom, shipping and receiving, and expediting functions to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse operations and production teams, ensuring materials are available when needed to support manufacturing schedules and customer commitments. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, and manufacturing processes, preferably within an aerospace or aircraft manufacturing environment.

This individual will lead and develop warehouse personnel while promoting safety, quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Primary

Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of the stockroom, shipping and receiving, and expediting teams. Coordinate material flow to support manufacturing and production schedules. Ensure timely receipt, storage, movement, and issuance of materials and parts. Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counting, audits, and inventory control processes. Monitor shipping and receiving activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements. Lead expediting efforts to resolve material shortages and minimize production disruptions.

Collaborate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering teams to support operational goals. Establish priorities and assign work to warehouse personnel to meet business needs. Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability and professional growth. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, receiving performance, and warehouse efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, inventory management, and material flow. Support ERP/MRP system transactions and ensure data integrity. High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing operations. Minimum 2 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow. Experience in an assembly-line manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
