Fabrication Technician

Harken is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join our Manufacturing & Production team, building high performance sailing and industrial components. In this hands-on role, you will set up and operate fabrication equipment (CNC, saws, presses), read blueprints, measure and inspect parts, and assemble precision hardware to exacting quality standards. You'll collaborate closely with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and maintain a clean, safe work area.
