A great group specializing in long-term care and assisted living is seeking a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in the Coeur d'Alene, ! You will be visiting 1-2 skilled nursing facilities a day in the area treating the geriatric population.
Position Details- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Full-time permanent position or 3/4 FTE
- VERY Flexible schedule - 4/10s
- Open to new grad NPs who have geriatric experience as an RN
- Must have COVID vaccines or be willing to get it
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Full benefits; 401k
- 4 weeks PTO & 6 holidays
