Certified Nursing Assistant – Part‑Time (48 hours per pay period). Provide comprehensive, individualized care, education and support to Hospice clients and their families at home.

Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care and support to Hospice clients and their care providers.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with the Hospice team.
- Utilize critical thinking and assessment skills to provide high quality care.
- Support interdisciplinary team members and maintain compassionate communication.
- Graduate from an accredited CNA program.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in direct patient care.
- Hospice and Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Current Idaho CNA license.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; proof of liability insurance; clearance of a driver’s license record and criminal history background check per 42 CFR 418.114‑L95.
Personal vehicle required for on‑the‑job transportation in all road and weather conditions. Provide proof of liability insurance on personal vehicle.
