Registered Nurse – 2FT Day Shifts

New wage starting at $42.50/hr with a $3 shift differential for evening/night shifts.

Life Care supports continued education to further career advancement and learning. The facility may assist with education costs when the desired learning is beneficial to the associate’s current or future position. Funding depends on budget, tenure, performance, and attendance. Associates should discuss tuition assistance with their supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact.
  • Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and revise care plans according to changes in condition.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
  • Use reasoning skills and good judgment.
  • Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Current registered/licensed in applicable state; must maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
