Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, monitoring patient conditions, and reporting changes. The LPN assigns duties, provides clinical supervision to CNAs, and ensures patients attain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support
- Monitor and report patient status changes
- Assign tasks and supervise CNAs
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN license in applicable state
- CPR certification (obtained during orientation if not already certified)
- Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Deliver quality, compassionate nursing care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude
Additional Benefits: Competitive starting wage of $36/hr, shift differential of $3 for evening and night shifts, and tuition reimbursement opportunities based on performance, tenure, and attendance.
