Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering quality patient care, assessing patient needs, and revising care plans accordingly. Provides clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs, ensuring high standards of care in compliance with laws and standards.

• Evaluate patient conditions, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, implement department policies, and promote positive patient interactions. Focus on supporting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree), active RN license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of skilled nursing experience. Must maintain licensure and CPR certification throughout employment.

• Excellent customer service, positive attitude, strong reasoning and judgment, effective communication, and teamwork.
