Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report patient condition changes, assign duties, provide clinical supervision to CNAs, and support patients in achieving optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all laws and standards.
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program, hold an active LPN/LVN license, with preferred one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification required and must remain current.
- Demonstrate the ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
