Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and report patient condition changes, assign and supervise duties of CNAs, and provide care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards.
QualificationsGraduated from an accredited LPN program, hold an active LPN license in the applicable state, with preferred experience in skilled nursing. CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation, and must remain current.
Skills and AttributesAbility to make independent decisions, deliver competent nursing care, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
