As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems for homeowners throughout North Idaho. You will play an important role in delivering outstanding service while helping us build lasting customer relationships.

• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC equipment and controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners
• Promote maintenance agreements and additional service solutions when appropriate
• Complete service reports using a company-issued iPad
• Follow all safety procedures and industry best practices

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Idaho Journeyman HVAC License
• EPA Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• NATE certification is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
