As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality products that align with the company's strategy. You will work closely with other product managers and designers to develop new features, improve existing ones and create new products from scratch. You will also help set up the project workflow, team structure and communication channels needed to make sure that projects are running smoothly.

In this role, you'll be working on multiple different types of projects in addition to developing new features for our products. You may have a single role in the organization or lead a team of staff as well as manage individual projects across many areas of business operations such as marketing & sales or finance & accounting. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

• Propose, prepare and present disruptive new ideas to the management for consideration
• Mentors and guides team members.
• Analyzes market trends and competitor strategies.
• Identifies new opportunities and risks to recommend.
• Uses tools and resources such as SWOT analysis, game theory, scorecards, and surveys to gain perspective.
• Facilitates the value-add processes through collaboration with key stakeholders to successfully deliver best-in-class new products, services, and solutions that address business issues and objectives.
• Educates key stakeholders on how their needs will be met by a new product offering and how it will improve existing offerings.
• Maintains a focus on the user's needs throughout the lifecycle, acting as a liaison between the end users, software, and hardware developers.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and managing complex software systems and/or technology solutions for large corporations.
• Experience in working with high performance computing environments, data warehouses, Hadoop clusters, etc., is required.
