Role Overview: As a Banking and Finance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal services to our client, focusing on complex transactional matters within the Banking and Finance sector. You will be expected to leverage your experience in banking and finance law to contribute effectively to the team and grow professionally within the firm.
Requirements:
- LLB
- Minimum 4 - 6 years PQE within the Banking and Finance team
- Demonstrated experience in core Banking and Finance transactional work
- A solid understanding of general Banking and Finance matters and clients
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative approach to client and team interactions
- Knowledge of and experience in specialized finance transactions
