Senior Financial Manager

• Oversee daily asset maintenance activities to ensure assets remain available, reliable, and safe.
• Maintain accurate records, registers, and control information for asset ownership, traceability, valuation, and lifecycle management.
• Analyze financial performance, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, procurement, regulatory obligations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan asset refreshes, replacements, disposals, and investments.
• Identify opportunities to optimise costs, standardise processes, and reduce avoidable expenditure.
• Provide timely reports on asset condition, backlog, risk exposure, spend, and improvement initiatives.
• Promote a client-centric, operationally resilient culture supporting various business service needs.
• Build a high-performing team through clear objectives, performance management, and development.
• Maintain business continuity with effective processes and systems.
• Manage stakeholder relationships through regular engagement.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to mitigate financial risks.
• Lead process improvements to enhance productivity.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in asset or financial management.
• Proven ability to oversee complex maintenance and lifecycle activities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards within the financial sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in financial performance analysis and reporting.
