The Nedbank Quants Graduate Programme is designed to develop world-class quantitative analysts. Participants contribute to model development, data analysis, and risk assessment while engaging in various programme committees to enhance both personal growth and programme value.
Responsibilities- Improve processes, models, and systems through data analysis
- Participate in training programme committees (eg marketing, recruitment)
- Assist business units through data-driven solutions
- Document processes and ensure policy compliance
- Communicate effectively between operational and analytical teams
- Stay updated on trends and training opportunities
- Participate in transformation and culture-building initiatives
- Minimum:
Undergraduate Degree (NQF Level
7) - Preferred:
Honours or Master’s Degree in:
Pure/Applied Mathematics - Statistics
- Econometrics
- Quantitative Risk Management or related
