About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Management Consultant specializing in Financial Advisory to join their prestigious firm in Sandton . This role requires a deep understanding of financial strategy, corporate finance, and investment analysis to provide expert guidance to businesses. You will work closely with clients on mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial restructuring, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic financial advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analyses, and feasibility studies.

- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and transaction documentation.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting with a financial focus.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proven ability to manage client engagements and project teams effectively.
