About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Director to oversee financial operations and strategy in Sandton. This hybrid role is responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and driving financial discipline across the organization. You will play a critical role in advising senior leadership on financial matters, ensuring the company's fiscal health and sustainable growth. • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to senior management and the board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with significant experience in a Finance Director role.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
