About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to enhance guest experiences in Sandton. This role is key to maintaining the high standards expected within the Hospitality & Tourism sector, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for. You will be the main point of contact for guest inquiries, special requests, and issue resolution, working closely with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a genuine passion for providing outstanding hospitality.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and activities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure guest satisfaction through follow-up.

• Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
