Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on current technologies and Niche roles.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit as per the Client’s requirement
• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships for a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions for effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within South African IT majorly and other sectors as well
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and grow business within the existing clients
• Meeting the existing clients on a regular basis to close the current requirements and discuss upcoming requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, staying informed on industry trends, changing client needs and preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase market presence.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering quality candidates within timelines.
Responsibilities
• Proactively address specific niche requirements, ensuring timely delivery of profiles to clients in the specified quantity within the Turnaround Time (TAT) and making sure to close the positions.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets consistently.
• Should not rely solely on job portals; instead, demonstrate individual proficiency across all social platforms and achieve success through them.
• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
o Proven IT recruitment experience with a successful track record.
o Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices
