We’re looking for a highly skilled human resources (HR) professional to assist with employee relations, policies, and practices to help us grow and thrive. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, including onboarding, exit interviews, administration of benefits and compensation, team restructuring, and conflict resolution. As the face of our company culture, the human resources professional will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as enthusiasm for nurturing employee performance and a pleasant work environment.

• Develops and implements HR strategies and policies.

• Manages the recruitment and onboarding process.

• Handles employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• Oversees payroll and benefits administration.

• Provides guidance to managers on HR best practices.

• Monitors employee performance and assists with career development.

• Ensures compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations.
  
  Assists with the recruitment and hiring process.

• Conducts employee onboarding and orientation.

• Maintains employee records and data.

• Provides support to employees on HR-related matters.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
