Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial

Both bonds and transfer experience (normal and deceased estate)

Duties for Transfers:

Opening file

Deeds search

Request cancellation figures and title deeds

Request clearance figures and clearance certificate from the council

Request for Transfer Duty Receipt from SARS

Request Guarantee Requirements and Guarantee

Arranging appointments and attending to signature of transfer documents

Preparing and drafting lodgement documents

Prepare final statements

Finalisation and attending to payment/s and debiting fee/s

Duties for Bonds:

Opening file

Request deed search

Obtaining cancellation

Communicate with the transferring attorneys requesting guarantee/s payment for bond cancellation costs

Requesting security documents from the bank

Lodgement

Finalisation and attending to payment/s and debit fee/s
