Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Representative with a strong background in software sales and a proven ability to engage with C‑suite executives. This role is critical in driving the adoption of Raizcorp’s software solutions across key markets in South Africa.
- Develop executive relationships:
Build and sustain relationships with C‑suite and senior‑level decision‑makers across targeted industries. - Drive software sales:
Execute a consultative sales approach to promote Raizcorp’s software offerings, identifying client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions. - High‑impact presentations:
Deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing clear ROI and technical value. - Strategic prospecting:
Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking. - Lead the sales cycle:
Own the end‑to‑end sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—with a focus on high‑value engagements. - Market & competitor analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with teams:
Work closely with internal product and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer feedback. - Represent Raizcorp:
Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and represent the company as a software thought leader.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing, or a related field. - Experience:
5–8 years in software sales, preferably with a track record of engaging C‑suite executives and closing complex B2B deals. - Skills:
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities
- Ability to simplify complex software concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a proactive sales mindset
- Technical:
Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with SaaS and cloud‑based technologies.
