Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Software Sales Representative with a strong background in software sales and a proven ability to engage with C‑suite executives. This role is critical in driving the adoption of Raizcorp’s software solutions across key markets in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop executive relationships:
    Build and sustain relationships with C‑suite and senior‑level decision‑makers across targeted industries.
  • Drive software sales:
    Execute a consultative sales approach to promote Raizcorp’s software offerings, identifying client needs and aligning them with tailored solutions.
  • High‑impact presentations:
    Deliver compelling software demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing clear ROI and technical value.
  • Strategic prospecting:
    Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Lead the sales cycle:
    Own the end‑to‑end sales process—from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure—with a focus on high‑value engagements.
  • Market & competitor analysis:
    Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with teams:
    Work closely with internal product and leadership teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer feedback.
  • Represent Raizcorp:
    Attend industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and represent the company as a software thought leader.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    5–8 years in software sales, preferably with a track record of engaging C‑suite executives and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
    • Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities
    • Ability to simplify complex software concepts for non‑technical stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive sales mindset
  • Technical:
    Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with SaaS and cloud‑based technologies.
