Overview

This is a Sales Consultant role for the sales of Compliance Services.

Location:

[24 Achter Rd, Paulshof, Sandton, 2191]. Are you a driven, target-oriented Sales Consultant? We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to sell professional compliance services including SETA Grants, Employment Equity, COIDA, and Labour Law solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and closing sales. Experience in selling compliance, HR, or B2B services will be highly advantageous.

Minimum Requirements
  • Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle
  • Experience in service delivery sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • MS Excel (Intermediate)
Advantageous
  • Knowledge of SETA grants, Employment Equity, COIDA, Labour Law or compliance services
  • Previous B2B Service-sales experience

  • Prospect and source new business opportunities
  • Present and explain compliance solutions clearly
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals
  • Close deals and onboard new clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM and sales records
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and renewals
  • Build strong relationships with internal service delivery teams
  • Attend networking events and business meetings
  • Stay informed about compliance legislation updates
  • Field sales consultants with their own vehicle
Key Outcomes (Measurable)
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales target
  • Attending possible client meetings – made by Telemarketers.
  • Maintain high conversion rate from leads to sales
