Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to retail stores and prospective clients
• Identify and open new accounts to expand product distribution
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Drivereorders, upselling, and in-store execution
• Ensure strong product visibility and availability within your territory
• Accuratelytrack, report, and manage all sales activity
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability
• Good organisational and reporting skills
• Resilient and comfortable in a high-pressure environment
• Negotiation skills

Minimum Requirements

• 2–3years’ experience in FMCG sales
• Experience in route sales or field sales environments
• Exposure to retail (off-consumption) and/or hospitality(on-consumption) channels
• Own reliable and roadworthy vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performanceenvironment

Preferred Requirements

• Proven ability to grow a sales territory and increasedistribution
• Experienceworking with informal trade or wholesale channels
• Strong understanding of FMCG sales cycles and executionstandards
