e is expanding its sales team and looking for energetic, target-driven Sales Executives to sell our innovative:
- Health Insurance products
- Gap Cover products
- Pet Insurance products
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a high-performance environment with quality warm leads provided daily.
What We Offer- Basic Salary:
Starting from R6,500
-R9,500 per month (Negotiable based on experience and proven track record) - Attractive Commission Structure:
- 10% of the first month’s policy premium revenue
- Warm leads provided daily
- Dynamic and energetic team environment
- Exposure to one of South Africa’s growing insurance brands
- Contact telephonically and convert warm sales leads provided daily
- Sell Health Insurance, Gap Cover, and Pet Insurance products
- Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable cover options
- Achieve and exceed sales and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate client and sales records
- Ensure compliance with FAIS and internal sales quality standards
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional client engagement
- Follow up on leads and maximise conversion opportunities
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in:
- Insurance sales
- Call centre sales
- Medical aid, health insurance, or short-term insurance sales
- Proven track record of sales conversion and target achievement
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- RE5 Certification advantageous
- Experience selling insurance products highly advantageous
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- High energy and self-motivation
- Resilient and target-driven
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly
- Warm leads provided daily — no cold canvassing required
- Strong earning potential with commission structure
