The Repair Technician is responsible for performing technical repairs, troubleshooting, and component‑level repairs on IT and electronic equipment. The role requires diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs to quality standards, and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

• Perform component‑level repairs on IT and electronic equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and electronic faults.
• Conduct basic testing and fault‑finding activities.
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Carry out soldering and rework activities as required.
• Ensure repairs are completed within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate repair records and documentation.
• Use computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and communication.
• Adhere to all company quality, health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the repair environment.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and support.

Minimum Requirements National Diploma. National Technical Certificate. N or S courses preferred. Experience 0 to 3 years' experience in technical repairs within an IT environment. Experience with component‑level repairs. Basic troubleshooting experience. Knowledge Computer operation, including:
Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Understanding of electronic and electromechanical systems. Basic diagnostic and fault‑finding principles.
