Precision Ag Billing and Subscriptions Specialist – Tri County Equipment

Are you passionate about precision agriculture and want to be a key player in ensuring our customers' fleets stay connected and up-to-date? Tri County Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented Precision Ag Billing and Subscriptions Specialist to manage renewals, subscriptions, and billing processes, supporting our Integrated Solutions and Sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of precision ag while providing exceptional service to our customers!

You'll Do

As a Precision Ag Billing and Subscriptions Specialist, you'll play a critical role in keeping customers' precision agriculture systems running smoothly and ensuring their billing is accurate and timely. Here's what your role will look like:

  • Manage Subscriptions and Renewals:
  • Oversee customer subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades to keep fleets connected and operational.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to keep them updated on customer subscription statuses and activations.
  • Coordinate Terminal Transfers:
  • Manage terminal transfers for both new and used equipment to ensure smooth transitions for customers.
  • Efficiently handle billing for precision ag services, packages, and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Support Inventory Management:
  • Assist with managing precision ag inventory to ensure proper availability and order fulfillment.
  • Adhere to Data Privacy Policies:
  • Ensure compliance with company data privacy policies to protect customer information.
What You'll Bring Experience
  • Experience with standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
  • Experience working directly with customers to support their needs and provide solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate Degree preferred.
