Electrical Superintendent (Data Center / Mission Critical) – Sandusky, OH

Elite Executive Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects in Sandusky, Ohio.

This opportunity is ideal for a proven electrical construction leader who excels in fast-paced, technically complex environments and has experience leading field teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.

• Lead day-to-day field operations for large-scale data center and mission-critical electrical construction projects.
• Supervise electrical foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and installation activities to maintain project schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, General Superintendents, general contractors, owners, and other trades.
• Monitor field productivity, project milestones, labor performance, and overall project progress.
• Ensure electrical installations meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes.
• Develop and manage short-term and look-ahead schedules.
• Proactively identify potential field conflicts, constructability issues, and schedule impacts.
• Support commissioning, testing, startup, punch-list, and project closeout activities.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all project and company safety requirements.

• 5+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or General Foreman on large, complex projects.
• Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or similarly complex electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and construction sequencing.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple scopes of work.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, manpower planning, productivity, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, schedule-driven construction environment.
