This is a full-time on-site role located in the Hickory-Lenoir-Morganton-Marion Area for an Engineering Group Manager. This position involves leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality projects. Key responsibilities include overseeing engineering design and execution projects, developing and managing project plans, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The Engineering Group Manager will also play a vital role in mentoring team members, maintaining client relationships, and aligning team goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide, motivate, and support engineering teams effectively.
- Strong Program Management and Project Management skills, ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of projects.
- Expertise in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field to oversee and contribute to technical project aspects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and build client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferable.
- Experience in industrial automation and integration is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices is an advantage.
