Commercial Lender

This role involves extending credit and other financial services to local businesses, helping fuel economic growth by supporting our clients' entrepreneurial ventures. The successful candidate will be crucial in maintaining and expanding our portfolio of commercial clients, working closely to understand their financial needs and providing expert financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of commercial, real estate, or credit loans.
• Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.
• Analyze potential loan markets to develop prospects for new loans.
• Help in collection of past due loans and bad debts.
• Assess client needs, financial statuses, and the nature of their businesses to determine loan suitability.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
• Monitor compliance with bank and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses.
• Prepare detailed reports related to loan processes for management.
