Personal Banker

Civista Bank is seeking a personable, detail-oriented Personal Banker to deliver exceptional service in our community-focused branches. In this role, you will open and service personal accounts, handle daily transactions, and educate customers on banking, lending, and digital solutions that support their financial goals. You will build lasting relationships through proactive outreach, referrals, and participation in community initiatives. Responsibilities

• Provide consultative personal banking services to new and existing customers
• Open and service deposit accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other consumer products
• Process daily transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer balancing standards
• Recommend appropriate banking, lending, and digital solutions to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach
• Refer customers to mortgage, commercial, and wealth management partners
• Adhere to bank policies, regulatory and compliance requirements
• Use bank systems and digital tools to document customer interactions and activities
• Participate in community and branch-based business development activities
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch sales and service goals
