• CNA preferred
• Valid driver’s license for at least 6 years required
• Every other Saturday/Every other holiday
• Hours vary – one week 8:30a‑6p, one week 9:30a‑4:30p (may change depending on scheduled events)
• Occasional evenings
• Wage depends on CNA certification: will be discussed during interview

• Caring for residents by showing passion for planning fun activities.
• Helping with and participating in fun and engaging activities.
• Build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while facilitating activities scheduled on the calendar.
• Engage residents in small group activities.
• Assess individual resident interests.
• Assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to conduct meaningful resident engagement.
• Provide one‑on‑one time with residents.
• Assist with documentation of assessments, participation records, and other information as required by the department leader.
• Preferred:
  Nursing Home Activities experience.
• State‑tested Nursing Assistant (preferred, not required).
