Always Best Care Senior Services - Cleveland South is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver in Brunswick, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for providing care and support to elderly clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, dignity, and overall well‑being. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior clients and their families.

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
• Escort clients to appointments, social events, and other outings.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health to the appropriate parties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow all protocols and procedures set by Always Best Care Senior Services and communicate any concerns or issues to the team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care plans and progress notes.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience, preferably with seniors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy nature.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transferring clients.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
