Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist. Position Type:

Hearing Life is seeking a full‑time Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join our in‑office clinical team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive hearing healthcare services while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be licensed in accordance with state requirements.

Compensation- $55,000‑$85,000 + uncapped commission

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat hearing loss in accordance with clinical and state licensing standards.
- Conduct hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and patient education on device use and care.
- Provide quality aftercare services including troubleshooting, repairs, and hearing aid maintenance.
- Counsel patients on hearing aid and accessory options, including payment methods and third‑party payor processes in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Achieve clinic growth goals while maintaining ethical clinical and sales practices.
- Participate in community outreach activities, including health fairs and physician relationship development.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and clinic leadership to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance goals.
- Support telehealth and remote care initiatives, including remote hearing tests and patient coaching.
- Maintain required continuing education and licensure compliance.
- Operate audiometric equipment and accurately interpret test results.
- Clearly communicate test outcomes and recommended treatment plans to patients in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Participate in leadership development and growth initiatives.

- Active Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements.
