Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

This 13-week travel assignment places a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Sandusky, Ohio, delivering high-quality imaging services across multiple departments. The role supports patient care by performing diagnostic procedures, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nuclear medicine imaging and diagnostic services across various departmental locations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines during all procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver effective patient care and imaging results.
  • Execute daily equipment checks and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal functionality of nuclear medicine devices.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of an approved nuclear medicine technology program.
  • NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
  • Ability to work day shift from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
  • Weekend call availability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to adapt to schedule variations.
