• Provide advanced respiratory therapy treatments to patients across all hospital departments
• Monitor patient responses to interventions and document findings accurately in Meditech EMR
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment, including ventilators, maintaining safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans
• Perform floating duties across various hospital units with flexibility and proficiency

• Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Active Ohio license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Ability to float across various hospital departments
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
