Job Type: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; No weekends or on-call)

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

As part of the interdisciplinary care team, the dietitian will:

• Assess patient nutritional status using medical history, lab results, and clinical consultations.
• Develop individualized, patient-centered nutrition care plans tailored to cultural, lifestyle, and financial needs.
• Provide one-on-one and occasional group nutrition education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, community outreach, and the Food Is Medicine Program as needed.
• Serve as a nutrition resource for patients, staff, and the community.

Education, Licensure, and

Experience:

• Master's Degree required (eligibility to sit for the RDN exam).
• Must possess (or be scheduled to obtain) Ohio state license and registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred:
  Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
• Preferred:
  Certification/registration with the American Dietetic Association.
