Pharmacy Technician​/Clinic Liaison - McKeen Pharmacy Sandusky OH

Overview

Vytl One, formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services, is seeking a highly competent, caring and compassionate individual to work at Family Health Services of Erie County to support integrated patient care by clinic staff and McKeen Pharmacy. The McKeen Pharmacy is located inside the Family Health Services (FHS) Medical Center on Water Street in Sandusky, OH. A Pharmacy Technician to work part time at McKeen Pharmacy is preferred but will consider unlicensed candidates for a liaison role, too.

Estimated hourly range is $18-22 (Clinic Liaison) and $22-$24 (Pharmacy Tech) per hour depending on experience and certifications.

Hours: Schedule may vary, but is expected to be approximately 3 regular days per week, or 4 shorter days with flexibility to also cover PTO, if the individual is a licensed Pharmacy Technician.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):

• Assist pharmacists in providing effective, appropriate, and safe pharmacy services.
• Provide friendly and cooperative customer service to patients, clinic staff, and providers.
• Enter patient data and prescription information accurately.
• The Clinic Liaison role is designed to provide support for clinic staff and personalized attention to patients to enhance their customer service experience.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• OH Pharmacy Technician Registration, PTCB certified preferred (Vytl One will assist in obtaining PTCB) if a licensed Pharmacy Technician
• At least 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy is required, if a licensed Pharmacy Technician
• Above average customer service skills
