The CRT or RRT position is part of the Respiratory Department and is a contingent role budgeted for approximately 12 hours per two-week pay period, with variable shifts and hours based on department needs and availability.### Qualifications
* Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy
* Ohio Respiratory Therapy License required
* Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in critical situations
* Effective communication and teamwork skills###

Key Responsibilities
* Perform independent professional respiratory care, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
* Evaluate patient care, establish therapeutic objectives, and review outcomes
* Provide care in critical and/or life-threatening patient situations
* Administer emergency, life-sustaining procedures until physician oversight is available
* Perform selected cardiology responsibilities, Breath Alcohol Testing, and other duties as assigned
* Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to provide seamless patient care
