Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr.

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Scrub and mop floors, sweep parking areas and clean restrooms.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of trash according to the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Follow safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including forklift spotting and hazardous material handling.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies; rotate and store them properly; place orders as needed.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to management.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work an entire shift on your feet.
