Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Sandusky, Ohio.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control systems
• Diagnose and repair PLCs, conveyor systems, and other automated equipment
• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate repair logs
• Perform basic welding and fabrication work as needed
• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting preferred
• Ability to read schematics and use diagnostic tools
• Basic welding skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable attendance and teamwork attitude

• Full-time, first shift (some flexibility required)
• Pay based on experience
