Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Maintenance Tech
. In this role, you are responsible for performing skilled repairs to the fixtures, furniture, and equipment in the sleeping rooms of the resort and condominiums and for always maintaining the best possible conditions with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and associates.

Starting Rate: $17.00 an hour

• Previous hospitality or related experience helpful.
• Have knowledge of plumbing, building, carpentry, fixtures, and all facility maintenance required.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure that staff is working within company policies.

• Ability to be self‑motivated, administrative and proactive preventative maintenance skills needed.
• Possess excellent math skills.
• Must be able to work well in stressful, high‑pressure situations, including ability to handle guest objections and disputes to satisfactory results.
