PRN Status

PRN associates are employed by Omnia
360 on an “as-needed basis” and do not have a set schedule. PRN positions are non-exempt employees paid at an hourly rate and are not eligible to receive benefits, accrue PTO, or receive holiday pay. Scheduling of PRN associates is based on the specific needs of the community; including fill-in, seasonal, or emergencies, and may not be routinely scheduled.

Benefits for the Housekeeper - On Call position include:

• Weekly pay - $13.00 - $14.00/hour, dependent on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities for the Housekeeper - On Call position include:

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and dusting assigned residential rooms and common areas.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Clean and supply restrooms.
• Remove waste and empty trash.
• Maintain a cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected.
• Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage areas.
• Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance.
• Assisting as needed in other specialty areas of the building, including assisted living, long-term care. and laundry.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements for the Housekeeper - On Call position include:

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
• A solid work history with excellent attendance & punctuality.
• High school diploma/GED OR 1 to 3 years of related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability to complete required safety classes.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks.
• Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities.
