Assistant Waterpark Maintenance ManagerKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Assistant Waterpark Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Waterpark Maintenance Manager with day-to-day operations of the waterpark, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives for ride maintenance, ride checks, repairs, costs, guest service satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.

- Ensure that all waterpark rides are inspected daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the ride manufacturer’s preventative maintenance programs.
- Be knowledgeable of policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for all violations of company policies, rules and procedures.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience leading, training, and managing a team
- A high level of expertise with mechanical equipment, including pumps and conveyors, as well as chemicals in a water treatment or waterpark environment.
- Certified pool operator or ability to attain certification within 6 to 12 months of hire.
