What You'll Be Doing

* Learn all aspects of aggregate production, quality control, and safety standards.

* Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

* Support inventory management and coordinate material deliveries.

* Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.

* Gain hands-on experience in leadership and operational decision-making.

Work Environment
