** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Support safe and efficient operations across aggregate plant activities.
* Operate basic equipment and tools to assist with material production.
* Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping of work areas.
* Monitor product quality and report issues promptly.
* Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to perform physical tasks safely and consistently in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to teamwork, communication, and supporting daily operational goals.
* Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow established procedures.
* Strong awareness of safety practices and attention to detail.
* Dependable work habits and the capability to adapt to changing needs on site.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $34.59 per hour
