OverviewSpherion Mid Ohio is partnering with Imagine Baking in Sandusky to hire Mixing Associates. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and the aroma of fresh-baked goods, this could be the perfect fit!
Shift2nd Shift (Most current openings are on 2nd shift; alternative shifts available periodically)
Pay$16.00/hour (Attendance bonus opportunities available)
Responsibilities- Mix dry, liquid, and refrigerated ingredients according to recipes and batch sheets
- Verify ingredient quantities and maintain product quality
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Complete production paperwork as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to read and follow batch sheets and work instructions
- Previous manufacturing, food production, or bakery experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance when needed
