Assembler​/Operator

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in cable carriers, flexible cables, and machine protection systems, is seeking an Assembler / Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will assemble cable carrier and conveyor components, operate production equipment, and inspect parts to ensure high quality and reliability. You will read work instructions and basic drawings, use hand and power tools, and follow strict safety and 5S standards.

Working in a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement, you'll help meet daily production goals while developing your skills in a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and cable carrier components according to specifications and work instructions
• Operate manufacturing and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and dimensional accuracy
• Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings, schematics, and production orders
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow 5
• S and safety standards
• Report production issues, defects, or equipment problems to supervisors
• Complete production logs and documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets
